    Solution :

    \[\because \] \[\sqrt{15}=3.88\] \[\therefore \] \[\sqrt{\frac{5}{3}}=\sqrt{\frac{5\times 3}{3\times 3}}=\frac{1}{3}\sqrt{15}=\frac{3.88}{3}=1.29\overline{3}\]
