    Let initial number of inhabitants = 100 Firstly after 10% left, number of inhabitants             \[=100-10=90\] Secondly again 10% left, number of inhabitants             \[=90-(10%\,\,of\,\,90)\] = 81 Hence, remaining percentage of population of that city is 81%.
