    Solution :

    Out of 10 parts of first liquid, 2 parts are water and out of 4 parts of second liquid, 1.4 parts are water. \[\therefore \] Out of 14 parts, 3.4 parts are water. \[\therefore \] Required percentage \[=\frac{3.4}{14}\times 100%=24\frac{2}{7}%\]
