    Solution :

    Time taken by A + B + C \[=\frac{12\times 8\times 6}{12\times 8+8\times 6+6\times 12}\times 12\] \[=\frac{1152}{216}\] Work done by B in 1 day             \[=\frac{216}{1152}-\frac{1}{6}=\frac{216-192}{1152}\]             \[=\frac{24}{1152}=\frac{1}{48}\text{part}\]
