    \[\frac{m}{n}=\frac{2}{3}\] (Given) Now, divide the \[{{N}^{r}}\]and \[{{D}^{r}}\] of given expression by n.             \[\frac{3\left( \frac{m}{n} \right)+5}{6\left( \frac{m}{n} \right)-1}=\frac{3\times \frac{2}{3+5}}{6\times \frac{2}{3}-1}=\frac{7}{3}\]
