    Solution :

    Water filled by the boy and girl in 1 min \[=\frac{4}{3}+\frac{3}{4}\] \[=\frac{16+9}{12}=\frac{25}{12}L\] \[\therefore \] Time taken to fill 100 L             \[=\frac{100}{25}\times 12=48\,\,\min \]
