    Let the cost price of a ball \[=Rs.\,5x\] \[\therefore \]      CP of 17 baIls \[=Rs.\,17x\] Loss = Rs. 5x SP of balls \[=Rs.\,12x\] But SP of 17 balls \[=Rs.\,720\] \[\therefore \]      \[12x=720\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x=60\]
