Who am I?

'I was responsible for the development of AGNI and PRITHVI Missiles. In 1997, I was awarded 'Bharat Ratna' for my valuable contribution to the scientific research and modernization of defence technology for my beloved motherland. Besides being a distinguished scientist, I was also a Tamil poet and used to enjoy classical music.?
