     Let the number be x, According to the question, \[(31-13)%\,\,\,of\,x=576\] \[\Rightarrow \frac{x\times 18}{100}=576\] \[\Rightarrow x=\frac{576\times 100}{18}=3200\] \[\therefore \,\,17%\,\,of\,\,3200\] \[=\frac{3200\times 17}{100}=544\]
