    If \[\left( {{x}^{2}}y+{{y}^{2}}+3 \right)\] is subtracted from \[\left( 3{{x}^{2}}y+2{{y}^{2}}+5 \right)\], then coefficient of y in the result is _______.

    A) \[\therefore  \,\,Coefficient of \,y =2{{x}^{2}}\]

    B) \[\therefore  \,\,Coefficient of \,x=2{{y}^{2}}\]

    C) \[\therefore  \,\,Coefficient of \,y=2x\]

    D) \[Coefficient of \,x=2{{y}^{2}}\]

    Correct Answer: A

    Solution :

    Sol.     We have, \[\left( 3{{x}^{2}}y+2{{y}^{2}}+5 \right)-\left( {{x}^{2}}y+{{y}^{2}}+3 \right)=3{{x}^{2}}y+2{{y}^{2}}+5-{{x}^{2}}y\,-{{y}^{2}}-3\] \[=\,\,2{{x}^{2}}y+{{y}^{2}}+2\] \[\therefore  \,\,Coefficient of \,y =2{{x}^{2}}\]
