    \[\because \] CP of watch \[=\frac{360}{(100-10)}\times 100=\]Rs. 400 \[\therefore \] SP of watch at 5% profit \[=400\times \frac{(100+5)}{100}\] \[=400\times \frac{21}{20}=\]Rs. 420
