    Solution :

    Let the number of boys be 3x and that of girls be 2 x. Number of boys who are not adults \[=\frac{3x\times 80}{100}=\frac{12x}{5}\] Number of girls who are not adults \[=\frac{2x\times 75}{100}=\frac{3x}{2}\] Number of students who are not adults \[=\frac{12x}{5}+\frac{3x}{2}=\frac{24x+15x}{10}\] \[=\frac{39x}{10}\] \[\therefore \]Required per cent\[=\frac{\frac{39x}{10}}{5x}\times 100=78\]
