    Volume of water flowing per second\[\pi {{r}^{2}}h\] \[=\frac{22}{7}\times \frac{7\times 7\times 5}{10000}=0.077\,\,{{m}^{3}}\] Volume of the tank \[=3\times 5\times 1.54=23.1\,\,{{m}^{3}}\] Required time \[=\frac{23.1}{0.077}=300\,\,s=5\min \]
