    \[\because \frac{x}{y}=\frac{4}{5}\] \[\therefore \]\[\frac{4}{7}+\frac{2-x/y}{2+x/y}=\frac{4}{7}+\frac{2-4/5}{2+4/5}\] \[=\frac{4}{7}+\frac{6}{5}\times \frac{5}{14}=\frac{4}{7}+\frac{3}{7}=1\]
