    Solution :

    CP of watch = Rs. x \[\therefore \] On 5% loss, \[SP=\frac{(100-5)}{100}x=\]Rs. \[\frac{19}{20}x\] Given, \[\frac{19}{20}x+27=\]Rs. \[\frac{(100+7)}{100}x\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[\frac{107}{100}x-\frac{19}{20}x=\]Rs. \[\Rightarrow \] \[\frac{(107-95)}{100}x=27\]    \[\therefore \,\]    \[x=27\times \frac{25}{3}=225\]
