    Solution :

    I. \[{{x}^{2}}-10x+21=0\]
    \[x=\frac{-b\pm \sqrt{{{b}^{2}}-4ac}}{2a}=\frac{10\pm \sqrt{100-84}}{2}=7,\]3
    II. \[{{y}^{2}}-16y+63=0\]
    \[y=\frac{16\pm \sqrt{256-252}}{2}=\frac{16\pm 2}{2}=9,\]7
