    Solution :

    Let number of men and women working in HR department be x and 3x, respectively.
    Then,  \[x+3x=14\]% of 1800
                \[\Rightarrow \]               \[4x=252\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]               \[x=63\]
    \[\therefore \] Number of women in HR department
                \[=3\times 63=189\]
    \[\therefore \] Total number of employees in HR department = 252
    \[\therefore \] Required ratio = 189: 252 = 3: 4
