    \[\therefore \]      \[{{(x+1)}^{2}}+{{(y+1)}^{2}}={{(x-4)}^{2}}+{{(y-2)}^{2}}\]
    \[({{x}^{2}}+1+2x+{{y}^{2}}+1+2y)\]
    \[=({{x}^{2}}+16-8x+{{y}^{2}}+4-4y)\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[2+2x+2y=20-8x-4y\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]\[10x+6y-18=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]\[5x+3y-9=0\]
