    Solution :

    From statement I,
    The three-digit number is divisible by 9.
    From statement II, Number \[=6*6\]
    A number is divisible by 9, if sum of its digits is divisible by 9.
    Clearly, \[*=6\]
    Because \[666\div 9=74\]
    Hence, both statements I and II are required.
