    II. Breadth of rectangle is half the side of the square.

    Solution :

    From statements I and II,
    Side of square\[=\sqrt{576}=24\,\,cm\]
    Area of rectangle \[=600\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[l\times b=600\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[l\times \frac{24}{2}=600\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[l=\frac{600}{2}=50\,\,cm\]
    \[\therefore \]Required ratio \[=\frac{50}{24}=\frac{25}{12}\]
