    Solution :

    I. \[\sqrt{1225}x+\sqrt{4900}=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]\[35x+70=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x=-\,\,2\]
    II. \[{{(81)}^{\frac{1}{4}}}y+{{(343)}^{\frac{1}{3}}}=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]\[{{({{3}^{4}})}^{\frac{1}{4}}}y+{{({{7}^{3}})}^{\frac{1}{3}}}=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[3y+7=0\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]   \[y=-\frac{7}{3}\]
    \[\therefore \]      \[x>y\]
