    Solution :

    Number of students for Coco SD from college P
    \[=2800\times \frac{21}{100}=588\]
    Number of students for Coco SD from college R
                            \[=2800\times \frac{21}{100}=588\]
    \[\therefore \] Total number of students for Coco SD from college P and R \[=588+588=1176\]
    Number of students for Coco SD from college S
                \[=2800\times \frac{38}{100}=1064\]
    \[\therefore \] Required percentage \[=\frac{1176-1064}{1064}\times 100%\]
                \[=\frac{112\times 100}{1064}=\frac{112\times 25}{266}=\frac{56\times 25}{133}\]
                \[=\frac{8\times 25}{19}=\frac{200}{19}=10\frac{10}{19}%\]
