Difference of the votes polled \[=\text{ }8\text{ }%\text{ }of\text{ }81\text{ }=\frac{2\times 81}{25}\] If difference is \[\frac{162}{25}\] votes, voters are 100 but difference is 1620, so voters are \[\left( 100\div \frac{162}{25} \right)\times 1620=25,000.\]
