    Solution :

    [a] x=400 m, y=300 m, z= 1200 m \[r=\sqrt{{{x}^{2}}+{{y}^{2}}+{{z}^{2}}}\] \[=\sqrt{{{(400)}^{2}}+{{(300)}^{2}}+{{(1200)}^{2}}}\] \[=100\times \sqrt{16+9+144}\] \[=100\times \sqrt{169}=1300m\]
