    According to question by force belong \[\operatorname{T}\left( 2\pi r \right)=h\rho \,gA\] \[\Rightarrow \,\,\,\operatorname{T}\left( 2\pi r \right)=h\rho \,g\left( \pi {{r}^{2}} \right)\] \[h=\frac{2T}{\rho \,gr}=\frac{2\times (75\times {{10}^{-\,3}})}{{{10}^{3}}\times 10\times (0.5\times {{10}^{-3}})}=0.03\,m\]
