    As impendance \[Z=\frac{{{\varepsilon }_{rms}}}{{{l}_{rms}}}=\frac{\left( {{\varepsilon }_{0}}/\sqrt{2} \right)}{\left( {{l}_{0}}/\sqrt{2} \right)}=\frac{{{\varepsilon }_{0}}}{{{l}_{0}}}=\frac{220}{10}=22\Omega \]
