     Applying conservation of total mechanical energy principle \[\frac{1}{2}m{{v}^{2}}=m{{g}_{A}}{{h}_{A}}+m{{g}_{B}}{{h}_{B}}\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[{{g}_{A}}{{h}_{A}}={{g}_{B}}{{h}_{B}}\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[{{h}_{B}}=\left( \frac{{{g}_{A}}}{{{g}_{B}}} \right){{h}_{A}}=9\times 2=18\,m\]
