    Solution :

    Saurabh is paid Rs. y \[\therefore \] Prakash is paid =120% of Saurabh \[=\frac{120}{100}y\] = Rs.\[\frac{6}{5}y\] By given condition, Prakash + Saurabh = Rs. 1650 \[\Rightarrow \]   \[\frac{6}{5}y+y=1650\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[\frac{11}{5}y=1650\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[y=\frac{1650\times 5}{11}\] \[\therefore \] y = Rs.750
