    Solution :

    CP of television \[=\frac{12000}{80}\times 100\]= Rs. 15000 CP of refrigerator \[=\frac{12000}{120}\times 100\]= Rs. 10000 CP of both \[=15000+10000\] = Rs. 25000 SP of both = Rs. 24000 \[\therefore \]      Loss \[=25000-24000\]= Rs. 1000
