    Solution :

      Side of the square paper sheet \[=\sqrt{784}=28\,\,\text{cm}\] Obviously, radius of each circle \[=\frac{28}{4}=7\,\,\text{cm}\] \[\therefore \]Circumference of each circular plate \[=2\pi r\]
