    A) 5%

    B)  6%

    C)  7%

    D)  8%

    Correct Answer: C

    Solution :

    Discount on Rs. 36000 \[=\frac{36000\times 7}{100}\]= Rs. 2520 Discount on first = Rs. 20000\[=\frac{20000\times 8}{100}\] = Rs. 1600 Discount on next = Rs. 10000 \[=\frac{10000\times 5}{100}\] = Rs. 500 \[\therefore \] Discount on remaining Rs. 6000 \[=2520-(1600+500)\]= Rs. 420 \[\therefore \] Required per cent \[=\frac{420\times 100}{6000}=7%\]
