    Let the radius of wire = r cm Volume of copper rod \[=\pi \times {{\left( \frac{1}{2} \right)}^{2}}\times 8=2\pi \,\,\text{c}{{\text{m}}^{\text{3}}}\] Volume of wire \[=\pi {{r}^{2}}\times 1800=1800\pi {{r}^{2}}\,\,\text{c}{{\text{m}}^{\text{3}}}\] Clearly, \[1800\pi {{r}^{2}}=2\pi \] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[{{r}^{2}}=\frac{1}{900}\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[r=\frac{1}{30}\]
