    Solution :

    Miscellaneous expenditure budgeted = Rs. \[\left( \frac{7}{100}\times 32000 \right)\]= Rs. 2240 Extra expenditure on Miscellaneous = Rs. \[(3040-2240)\]= Rs. 800
