    Solution :

    Let side of a square \[=x\,\,\text{cm}\] \[\therefore \]      \[{{a}^{2}}=81\,\,\text{c}{{\text{m}}^{2}}\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[a=\sqrt{81}=9\,\,\text{cm}\] \[\therefore \]Perimeter of square \[=9\times 4=36\,\,\text{cm}\] Again, Perimeter of semicircle = Perimeter of square \[\therefore \]      \[\pi r+2r=36\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[r\left( \frac{22}{7}+2 \right)=36\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[r\times \frac{36}{7}=36\]  \[\Rightarrow \]              \[r=7\,\,\text{cm}\]
