    Solution :

    Let 1 man's 1 day's work = x and 1 woman's 1 day's work = y Then,    \[6x+5y=\frac{1}{6},\]\[3x+4y=\frac{1}{10}\] On solving, we get \[x=\frac{1}{54}\]and \[y=\frac{1}{90}\] (9 men +15 women)'s 1 day's work \[=\left( \frac{9}{54}+\frac{15}{90} \right)=\frac{1}{3}\] They will finish the work in 3 days.
