    Solution :

    For conical part,
    \[r=\frac{6}{2}=3\,\,\text{cm},\]\[h=4\,\,\text{cm}\,\,l=\sqrt{{{h}^{2}}+{{r}^{2}}}=5\,\,\text{cm}\]
    Surface area of conical part
    \[=\pi rl=3.14\times 3\times 5=47.1\,\,\text{c}{{\text{m}}^{2}}\]
    For hemispherical part, \[r=\frac{6}{2}=3\,\,\text{cm}\]
    Surface area of hemispherical part \[=2\pi {{r}^{2}}\]
    \[=2\times 3.14\times 3\times 3=56.52\]sq cm
    \[\therefore \]Surface area of toy = 47.1+ 56.52 = 103. 62 sq cm
