    Solution :

    The line passing through (2, 3) and perpendicular to \[-y+3x+4=0\] is \[\frac{y-3}{x-2}=-\frac{1}{3}\] or         \[3y+x-11=0\] Therefore, foot is \[x=-1/10,\] y = 37/10
