Do not study too long at once. So long as the mind works with ease, it may be allowed to continue working, but if we find it moves slowly and extra trouble is needed to keep the attention fixed, it is far better to break off and take a walk or have some other recreation, than to go on plodding until one feels wholly exhausted.
