    Answer:

    (i) Restriction endonucleases cut DNA duplex at specific sites.
    (ii) DNA polymerase enzyme polymerises the DNA on DNA template or complementary DNA (cDNA).
    (iii) DNA ligase joins two individual fragments of double - stranded DNA by forming phosphodiester bonds between them. They help in sealing gaps in DNA fragments.
