From among the case studies, the one of Rohan, the bank manager is the most comfortable one. This is because, he has fixed work hours and a holiday each Sunday to rest and relax. He gets a good salary and has the security of a permanent job. He also avails the benefits of financial savings through the Provident Fund Scheme so that he has a comfortable life after retirement. As a bank manager, he also gets casual leave (CL), medical leave (ML) and annual leave.
