          \[\frac{{{v}_{A}}}{{{v}_{B}}}=\frac{\tan {{\theta }_{A}}}{\tan {{\theta }_{B}}}\] \[=\frac{\tan 30{}^\circ }{\tan 60{}^\circ }\]\[=\frac{1/\sqrt{3}}{\sqrt{3}}=\frac{1}{3}\]
