               Here, \[\frac{(3-(-2))}{1-3}=\frac{-6-4}{-2-(-6)}=\frac{-8-7}{-2-(-8)}\]            Þ  \[-\frac{5}{2}=-\frac{5}{2}=-\frac{5}{2}\]. Obviously, points are collinear.
