In our country, adolescents do not get adequate nutrition in their diet and poor diet leads to stunted growth. Most of the adolescent girls suffer from malnutrition, leading to anaemia. These girls need attention to the problems they face. Their awareness can be improved through literacy, particularly in the rural areas.
