    Angle traced by the hour hand in 12 hours \[=360{}^\circ \] Angle traced by it in \[4\,\,hr\,\,30\min \left( 4h+\frac{30}{60}hr \right)=\frac{9}{2}hr\] \[=\frac{9}{2}\times \frac{360}{12}=135{}^\circ \] Angle traced by minute hand is \[60{}^\circ \min =360{}^\circ \] Angle traced by it in \[30\min =\frac{30}{60}\times 360=180{}^\circ \] Required Angle \[=180{}^\circ -135{}^\circ =45{}^\circ \]
