    Solution :

    We know that the standard equation of a parabola is \[{{(y-\beta )}^{2}}=4a(x-\alpha ).\] Comparing the given equation with the standard equation, we get vertex \[(\alpha ,\,\beta )=(-3,\,2)\] and \[a=5\].Therefore focus of the parabola\[(\alpha +a,\,\beta )=(2,\,2)\].
