                    \[NO_{3}^{-}+4{{H}^{+}}+4{{e}^{-}}\to 2{{H}_{2}}O+NO.\] In this equation all the atoms are balanced. For balancing added \[3{{e}^{-}}\] to \[L.H.S.\] we have,  \[NO_{3}^{-}+4{{H}^{+}}+3{{e}^{-}}\to 2{{H}_{2}}O+NO\].
