    x+8y=91                                              ...(i)

    Put y = 9 in Eq. (i), we get
    \[x+8\times 9=91\]
    \[\Rightarrow \,\,\,\,x=91-72=19\]
    To travel a distance of 30 km, a person has to pay amount

    \[=19+30\times 9\]
