    The changing electric field produces displacement current, which is very small and hence the magnetic ield setup by it is also small, the same cannot be observed easily. In an A. C. circuit displacement current can be increased by inceasing the angular frequency of current. This would increase the induced magnetic field. On the other hand, the induced electric field due to changing magnetic flux can be increased by taking more number of turns of the coil. Thus, it is more easy to increase the number of turns of coils than increasing the angular frequency of current.
