    Solution :

               \[{{V}_{rms}}=\frac{200}{\sqrt{2}},\ \ {{i}_{rms}}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}\]            \[\therefore P={{V}_{rms}}\ {{i}_{rms}}\cos \varphi =\frac{200}{\sqrt{2}}\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}\cos \frac{\pi }{3}=50\ watt\]
