    Now according to method of undetermined coefficient Let \[9{{x}^{2}}+48x+p={{\left( ax+b \right)}^{2}}\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[9{{x}^{2}}+48x+p={{a}^{2}}{{x}^{2}}+{{b}^{2}}+2abx\] Now comparing the coefficient \[\Rightarrow \]\[9{{x}^{2}}={{a}^{2}}{{x}^{3}}\]    \[\therefore \]\[a=3\] \[2abx=48x\] \[b=\frac{24}{a}=\frac{24}{3}=8\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[{{b}^{2}}=p\] \[{{\left( 8 \right)}^{2}}=p\] \[\therefore \]\[p=64\]
